This is probably one of the first things you’ll want to do after installing WordPress, but it’s not obvious how to do it. When I Googled for instructions, I found a bunch of garbage, so here are some clear instructions:
- Log into WordPress.
- Click the down arrow next to Settings, which should be the very last menu item.
- Click General.
- This will take you to the General Settings section. Tagline should be the second item in the form. Change the tagline from whatever it is to whatever you want it to be.
